REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Each puppy comes with their 6 and 8 week shots and dewormings and a veterinarian certificate of health. To the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time
of sale.
No other health guarantee is made or implied.
A one year after sale Replacement Guarantee
is given for any condition that caused your puppy to expire, which dates from the
prenatal stage only. A notarized Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a
medical certainty, that the death was definitely caused from the prenatal state will
be required. Out of state buyers must provide the notarized Vet’s Report along with
all of the puppy’s medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with
the diagnosis. Guarantee consists of a replacement puppy of the same gender and cost
from the next available litter.
Replacement Guarantee will be terminated if puppy
was abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal
records.
If a puppy is sold with Full AKC registration, seller is not responsible
for the puppy's breed conformance for show or the ability to breed or the quality
of pups or litter size. It is the buyer's sole responsibility for all bills incurred
from breeding their dog.
Imperial or tiny sized Females only come with a limited
AKC registration, they can not be bred under any circumstance.
The seller does not guarantee the continued coat color of a puppy. as the color may
become lighter or darker as it ages and grows, and the color will almost always become
lighter if you have the dog shaved down, as the undercoat is always lighter.
The size
a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on seller’s experience
and traits recognition. No guarantees are made as to adult size or conformance to
Breed standards.
There is no Replacement Guarantee for adult dogs over one year of
age at time of sale.
All questions of guarantee not covered here or by purchase contract
are governed by the limitations of GENERAL BUSINESS LAW ARTICLE 35-
